Turn this month's statistical PDF into Excel before the deadline
Convert the tables published by government agencies and industry associations into Excel, Word, Markdown and JSON — no retyping, no double-checking digits. Data tables in a paper, a re-tally of public statistics, a manuscript before translation. If you're doing the same work every month, a subscription is more convenient.
Monthly plans are available only within Japan, billed in Japanese yen. From outside Japan, please use the pay-per-document credit packs instead. See pay-per-document pricing
Who this is for
Where the time actually goes
Data tables from research, re-tallies of public statistics, manuscripts before translation, reference tables while writing a report. Retyping, checking digits and rebuilding tables takes time.
What you get
What comes out
Export to Excel, Word, Markdown and JSON. Every block carries a confidence band (measured, estimated, or unreadable) — measured and estimated values are never mixed together. See what goes into each format

One-off vs. subscription
For one or two documents a month, one-off pricing may be cheaper
A monthly plan is priced around processing a large volume every month. If your volume is small, we'd rather tell you so.
For one or two documents a month, the pay-per-document credit pack (3.000 credits, JP¥ 5.800) is cheaper per page. Subscriptions start paying off from Regular and up.
How we handle your original file
How we handle your original file
- Diagnosis runs entirely in your browser — your original file is never uploaded for it.
- We don't store the PDF itself on our server until checkout is complete.
- The original file used for conversion is deleted within 24 hours of conversion.
- You can re-download your conversion results from your account at any time.
What we can't do
What can't be converted accurately
- Charts without numeric labels come back as estimates based on their shape.
- Multiple charts combined into a single figure are out of scope.
- Handwritten-only documents can't be converted.
- Always check the conversion result against the original PDF.
How it works
How it works
- Sign in to your account and subscribe to a plan.
- Upload a PDF — it's automatically paid for from your monthly credits.
- Re-download your results from your account any time.
If you'd rather use Claude or ChatGPT directly instead of opening the browser each time, there's an MCP server. See the MCP server guide
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Credit card only (via Stripe).
- What happens when I cancel?
- Cancel any time from the account page's "Manage plan" (Stripe billing portal). Future renewals stop, but the current month is not refunded — your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- Do you issue qualified invoices?
- No. We are not a registered qualified-invoice issuer in Japan, so our receipts do not state a consumption-tax amount and are not qualified invoices.
- Can I subscribe from outside Japan?
- Monthly plans are available only within Japan, billed in yen. From outside Japan, please use the pay-per-document credit packs instead.
- Can I export to Excel for a document with no tables or charts?
- No — the Excel button is disabled for documents with no tables or charts, so you never get an empty file. Word, Markdown and JSON still include the body text.
- Can I expense this through my employer?
- This is set up for payment with a personal credit card. We are not a registered qualified-invoice issuer in Japan, so our receipts do not state a consumption-tax amount and are not qualified invoices. If you need this processed as a business expense, please check with your accounting department first.
- Do unused credits carry over to next month?
- Credits from a subscription expire 60 days after the invoice they came from — shorter than the 180-day credit packs, so they don't linger into the following month.
